How do I install a stereo in a Civic when the factory wires have been cut?

I recently purchased a 2001 Civic EX 2dr and I kept my Pioneer stereo from my old car so that I could install it in the new one. I took the console off, however, and realized that the jerk off who had it before me cut the factory wires and installed his Kenwood directly into the car, without a HARNESS.

I have no idea which wire should go where. Plus I have to do it all in-dash. Can someone point me to a site that has info on which color wires mean what in a Civic. Or give me some other ideas for how I should go about getting this done. Thanks
