How do i fix harmoincs on my stereo wires?

How do i fix harmoincs on my stereo wires?
I have a cat 5 cable between my computer and stereo so i can play my music from my pc to my home stereo. My lite switches in my house are mostly dimmers( I am an electrician) but they cause a disturbance in the cat 5 fline some how that creates a weird back ground noise when i play music over my pc to my stereo. How do i correct that with out removing the dimmers? Is there a filter of some kind out there.
