Can i use a Bi-Xenon bulb on a regular ballast?
I am not sure about the HID kits and stuff but i currently have a H4/9003 HID Lights on my Civic and it is the regular one, which means it doesnt have any high beam and stuff, but i wanted to get the bulbs with high beams, and i believe it is called bi-xenon, and the thing that confuses me is that i am not sure if i can use the same ballasts for different bulbs..
like i wanted to get a Bi-Xenon Bulbs and install it using the ballasts that came with a Xenon HID bulbs... is it possible?? or do i need to change the ballasts as well??
