I've been weight trainign for well voer three months now. At first, I was seeing great results, mostly on my chest and abs.

However, I haven't seen any change in bicep, tricep, or forearm growth. I can lift much more heavier weights than I could before with my biceps, and I've improved alot with my triceps as well but still, no growth. What worries me is that while my chest gets stronger and stronger, my arms are starting to hold me back, since I really only feel the burn on my arms instead of my chest during my chest workouts. I also notice that, when I'm done my arm wrokouts I am getting more of a 'pump' rather than a longer, sustained 'burning' feeling-which in the past, meant significant arm growth for me.

What am I doing wrong? I train with heavy to moderate weights and try to maintain perfect form throughout. I am currently taking no supplemts (which I simply can't afford right now), but have been drinking lots of milk for protein.


Any help would be much appreciated.
