*To preface, not concerned with weight but for overall health.

I'm in the process of changing my diet, I was vegetarian but was lacking in nutrients and was consuming way too much refined white flour and processed foods, and seriously lacking in protein. Also, carbs bloat me out I've noticed but I've never actually been actively on a low- carb high protein diet. (Will only eat white chicken and fish) What was the effect this diet had on your skin? What was your diet prior to this one and how was your skin then?
