well im going on holiday then and im 3lbs away from the target i was setting myself for holiday. im boosting up my excerise by quite alot as im used to being a couch potato.

and then i need to lose a further 10lbs by the 29th september.

am i pushing myself too hard and setting targets too high?

im currently 5ft 4 and 167lbs. <<< i know, awful!!

my aim is to lose 27lbs by the end of the year.
