Would I get rid of my fat layer on stomach when I'm working out everyday over 1 hour?

So when I moved to the America and I was fit and had toned and shaped body but then the US and A did his work. I started to eating junk food and I didn't worked out etc so I got lazy. Now I decided I can't go on like that and I wanna get back fit again. I'm not actually fat but when actually I'm not fat like my stomach isn't saggy but when sit back and set my self free then I noticed that i have a little bit over weight. It isn't saggy, its kind of hard but I have some rolls etc. So my question is that when I only eat 3 times a day healthy food like vegetables, meat, drink milk and water only and eat wheat bred then Will I get fit for the summer when I keep exercising every day 1h20min?

It depends on what exercises you're doing.
