Would this be a good weight loss diet - eating only fruits, veggies, & low fat dairy for breakfast & lunch & snacks, then for dinner eating meat & carbs (as long as it's not overdone)? This would be combined with exercise. I don't get enough fruit & veggies, I thought this would be a good way to lose weight plus get the amount of fruit & veggies in my diet. Does this sound like a good plan?
