i am 120lbs
5ft 3 inches tall

I have lot of fat in my inner thieghs, stomach,and arms.

My routine

wake up at 5am
run for a hour
run back and get ready for school at 6 am

would this do any good to lose weight at least 25 lbs

and eating healthy...

would this be alright?
