Hey im 17, im 172cm and weigh approximately 56kg (123lbs)

would someone be able to tell me some workout routines for someone of my age and weight? I don't want to use free weights or anything just using my own body weight. And just enough to build some muscle (as i'm quite skinny) not go full-out.

can you just give the exercise, amount of sets and then the amount of reps? Thanks alot.
