| WORKOUT PLAN FOR 300lb MAN 6'3? Trying to get strong again and to lose weight ...having been doing cardio 5 days a week already lost alot but now i want to get cut i'm 6'3 im not down with the workout lingo so for any exercise please describe somehow THANKS |
