I'm border line overweight so I really need to losse weight. I do 200 regular crunches and 100 ab lounge crunches everyday. I do at least 30 mins of dance dance revolution 4 days a week. And I'm cutting back on junk food and I'm eating healthier. I'm still in school so we have p.e and so I run alot and play whatever sport we have in there. Does this sound like a good plan and how long do you think results will take? And I'm open to any suggestions.
