workout diets and building muscle naturally?
I am trying to build a bit more mucle and stay in total shape. I drink plenty of water before and after excercise and protein shake right after. I eat 3 meals a day because thats all I have time for I cant eat 5 meals a day lol. My question is since I like to eat burgers alot and I never get the frys hardly should I cut out the mustard, ketchup, and or mayo because I heard that too much salt and sugar hurts muscle growth when active so only take alittle. Whats your opinion and thanks for your time!
