working out twice a day too much?

i started working out a couple of weeks ago, stopped drinking coke, use no-fat creamer in my coffee in the morning and drink crystal light, i also really started watching what i eat, i do cardio for about 15 min, cause that's all i can do, haven't worked out in 15 years, work my abs/back for 10 min. and my legs and arms for 15. i've noticed that i lost some weight in my belly area, that now has little dimples, cellulite as my bf calls it and my love handles haven't gone away, would it help if i worked out twice a day???

you should try and hit the gym if you can. working out twice a day is not bad but u should give your muscles some rest. Cardio twice a day is not bad, but if ur doing weights then should take it easy. I suggest going to the gym atleast twice a week, workout for an hour with weight, u'll see the results
