ive got a gym membership
on monday & tuesday i spent 75 mins in there and burnt 600 calories
but as soon as i got home i had to sleep
- i went straight from school

i was so exhausted the next day
is it better for me to go for about 30-45 mins regularly ( like 6 times a week or something)

or go for a long time once or twice a week?

im doing this to lose weight, burn fat, if that makes a difference.
