ok i been working out for like a week doing sets to get up to a 100 pushups i do 20 for each set i also been doing 180 situps doing 60 per set everyday? im wondering if i should add 5 or 10 to each set cuz i only got till october b4 i leave for airforce and want to get muscle and i have no weights and the most i can do of pushups is around 20, got any way i can increase the amount of push ups that i can do by any way i can go to my friend house lift weights and do stuff but i was wondering anything that might help?
