    Work out Question?

    I would like to start lousing weight and tone up my body. I have been going on 30min walks in the morning and do about 5-10 minutes of different kinds of muscle building. I do this every day. I am 14 years old. Is this too much?

    And what is the best way to get a six pack or something near to it?

    I don't think it's too much.I am as well watching my diet and starting to work out and iam the same age as you. Do curl ups.It is the best way to get nice abbs.
