    Withdrawal from not working out?

I'm not a hardcore runner, but I've been doing cardio the past three months every day (an hour elliptical every day, some days I'll run a couple miles).

I'm home from university on winter break, so i haven't had access to these machines, and the weather is just too cold/icy to go out running. Its been about four days since I last ran, and I'm starting to feel down, I get dizzy sometimes, and have cycles of not feeling too well. Is it possible that I'm on some kind of withdrawal from the usual endorphin release that occurs with extended cardio sessions?

Nutrition isn't the issue, I eat healthy everyday. I also make sure to be well hydrated. Thats why I'm wondering if its possible for some kind of withdrawal from not working out/releasing endorphins from said workouts.

i've heard of people having withdrawal. when you exercise, don't overdo it. the withdrawals won't be as strong as if you exercise hardcore. but good for you on working out everyday, its not all the time you hear about someone doing that.
