    Will this work...I'm really lost?

    Every time I start a new diet, I have a plan. But, that plan is usually not very effective, very well thought out, etc.

    So this time, my plan is to eat half of what I normally would. What else would be helpful?

    ^ I would like to lose thirty-five pounds. =]

    Rather than eating half of every thing why don't you vegetarian and watch the lbs melt off. For get about dieting it's a waste of most peoples time so cut out the meats you'll feel better in a couple of weeks and I'll guarantee that.

    Exercise is the answer! But when you exercise you should eat as much as you need and no more. Don't under feed you're self!

    you should see your doctor but maybe your body puts on exta pounds because of a food you eat or you need to eat. dont starve ok in replace of meat put more vegtables and fill up with a lunch of vegetables and milk then for dinner do a small portion of meat with vegetables and fruit for snacks and a light breakfast drink juices or milk cut back on soda
