I have been doing a great diet I kinda created myself.
Breakfast:8 ounce slim fast with 2 boiled eggs just the white
snack:grapes or some type of fruit or yogurt
Lunch: usuall varys between grilled chicken and or salad sometimes just the grilled chicken with light newmans honey mustard dressing, or a sandwhich with some type of fruit
snack: fruit or measured in cup cheezits
when I get hungry again I usually eat a fiber bar for the meal
Dinner usually varys on small portions but they have most of vegtables plain, a turkey burger or some type of grilled meat.


I know this may be confusing but it varys! I usaully eat about 112 carbs a day. Is that too much will I see differences. I have not eaten sweets like I used to. I do have a portion sized ice cream that weight watchers just came out with and for the portion I think it is about 17 grams of carb, I eat that after dinner when I need sweets. Thanks for all your help I feel that I am doing better but just need to know.
