by this july!? im 177 lbs 5'4 i run 2.5 miles a day everyday i eat fruit and cut out all the sodas and sweets i eat a big 100 colossal meal replacement [400 calories] for lunch.honey bunches of oats for breakfest and for dinner wich is after the workout.... i eat like hamburger helper or something like that..i also workout my body with weights and workout my abs. please somebody tell me if this is good please leave comments,remarks.solutions or just tell me what im doing wrong thank you godbless!!!!!!
