I've created this plan out of things I have in the kitchen right now and I want to lose some weight this summer, I am not overweight right now but I just want to lose like 10-15 and tone up.

So,
[I don't eat breakfast, I feel too queezy in the morning]
Lunch - 3 cold chicken nuggets dipped in a lil bit of hummus, and half a pita bread.

Dinner - Same as above.

1 glass Tropicana Fruit Punch [to keep sugar level up]

so how much weight would i lose if i just ate that for a while?
