so i'm 5'7 and 120 lbs.and 16. i got a little fat on my stomach (no big deal) and a lot on my thighs. welll its not a TON but enough to make me look unproportioned. i can wear extra small shirts and size 7 jeans. i have a size 36 in.hips but when i wear size 7 pants they slip around my hips so i have to wear a belt but they fit around my thighs. so i would like to get into a pair of pants where it fits my hips but not so tight on my thighs. i know im pretty light but i'm hoping i'll be able to loose the extra fat and gain weight from muscle

i'm planning to eat oatmeal anf applesause 4 break.,snakcs im going to eat fruit and yogurt and lunch tuna on wholegrain bread and my mom makes healthy dinners with salads. and i know cardio burns fat so i was thinking of running for 45 min. 5 days a week. i know what your thinking. yor so young don't worry about your weight your not fat. i know this! i just want to be healthy and maybe shrink my thighs a bit. will i succede?
