I'm currently a senior in high school and I'm 17. My dad is 5'8/5'9 and my mom is 4'11/5'0. I'm only 5'3. I really want to become taller and I know its genetics, but I'm hoping that I'll be at least my dad's height. Hopefully it isn't too late to start taking more vitamins and changing my diet up a bit to help my growth.
Is there still hope for me out there?
