Thread: will i gain weight now?

today i've had a tuna sandwich and flapjack (bad i know)

my parents want to get a chinese now, its a buffet, so im aiming to just get vegetables, but like i know its so unhealthy, whats the likely calorie amount i will consume today? will i gain?

OH NO! you will become fat and die from the traumatisation of having to eat vegetables!! what to do??!
what an incredibly horrible fate to deal with.




sigh....the problems of today baffle me....

If thats all you have eaten today, you have nothing to fear. Stick to vegetables and nothing fried. Go for boiled rice and try to drink lots of miso or sweetcorn soup so you dont eat as much of the main course. But really you sound too panicky about weight, calm down you don't want to develop an eating disorder. have a good night and if your worried do some exercise like going for a run or brisk walk tomorrow xxx
