Hey,
I am 13, Im 5'11 and I weigh 64.
I am not an athletic but I love to exercise my legs. So this is my diet in schooldays.
School is from 8:00 to 2:35, Ok so what I eat there is 1 grilled cheese sandwich with Guava Juice and drink loads of water, Nothing else. and when I get home I eat a cup of rice with chicken or Fish, I am cutting of the Meat. and I go study, then for 1 hour I go to the treadmill and eat a salad and soup for dinner and BTW in between I eat chocolate cereal for a desert. any suggestions will be great.
