Hello there, im 16 years old and im in decent shape but with a little bit of excess fat in my mid-region. If i decide to start running and jogging for an hour each day, always keeping a steady heart rate. And i also cut the calories i consume daily by nearly 500 calories and eliminate all fast food and sugary drinks from my diet, will i lose this fat? I also plan on doing some sit ups but i'm not very good at them, i tire out within 100 usually. I also plan on liftin weights every other day, repping high and low on alternating days. If i do all of the above, it's guaranteed that i will loose that extra fat right?

(I plan on drinking a lot of water in place of the pop and koolaide.)
