if he shoots inside you of course the chance is higher all the sperm are in you, if he pulls out there is less chance but the penis when hard always is leaking some sperm. if you are on the pill the chance of preg. is slim you should still insist he uses a condom theres always a chance you can get preg. theres a huge chance you can get a disease
