I am 5'9 female looking to lose about 15 pounds. I was going to the gym regularly, at least 3 times a week, but then i went on vacation for a few weeks and kind of slipped out of routine. Anyway, tomorrow im starting my new routine of getting up at 7:45 and going straight to the gym to work out for 45 minutes, 30 mins on elliptical and 15 on treadmill. I will be doing this monday-thursday and then if im around at the weekends i will make time to go then too. Will this be enough to lose my 15 pounds in a couple of months? Im trying to eat healthier but not going TOO strict because otherwise i just end up getting bored and annoyed. Any tips for healthy eating?
