    Will eating too many peanuts cause me to become bloated?

    I can't help but eat them all day I love them

    No they sit kind of heavy though. To tighten your tummy and stop that little "pooch" from sticking out, try abdominal vacuums, google them.WARNING, you may come across a Matt Furey program while googling vacuums,its a freakin scam, the whole book is just showing you how to do a vacuum and isometrically tighten your ab muscles, which you can do right now without his help or spending anything.Oh yeah, and I always get cracked lips form eating salted peanuts in shell. They're good though.Also it depends on your dosha, or personal makeup. Look up Ayurveda and doshas.
