It is nearly impossible to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks healthily. You shouldn't be losing more than 1-2 pounds per week without a personal trainer or doctor working with your closely, especially since you are far from heavy!
The way you are going about it is perfectly healthy and the right way, but you shouldn't expect to lose more than 12 pounds in that time.
