    Why is it so cold in my house in mornings?

    everytime we wake up in morning at 7am it is cold i nthe house even tho heating has been on from 6am. we have loft and wall insulation and double glazing so why is it cold?

    how long is everyone heating on i ntheir houses? do they have set intervals durin day? and whats their thermostat set to, what number?

    that is because you have been sleeping all night. i suggest set the thermostat to 77.

    because of the coldness of the night?

    it'll heat up.
    you'll manage, just wear more layers.

    probably because nobody has been walking around creating heat pressure on the ground. Or, your roof could be letting cold air in

    maybe its cold outside...turn the heat up...or wear a sweater...perhaps a blanket
