Why does my nose burn after I run in the cold?
After I run in the cold and I start my cool down, my nose starts to burn and then I start to sneeze. The burning is so bad that when I get home I grab a warm wash cloth and hold it over my nose but that only helps for a moment. Please let me know why this is happening and what I can do next time to ease the pain.
