i never feel relaxed and always wake up after 1-2 mins when i am taking a nap. i lay on bed and then suddenly i feel i have to do some work or go or cal someone and then suddenly i realize that no i can sleep ....but it happens a lot ....sometimes i take over an hour to finish my dinner ..the bad thing is people notice this a lot and its freaking me out too ..i really need help if there is any therapy or home made thing that i can do bcos i really dont want to go to doc. or tell my parents as they may get some other idea that i might be doing some stuff(drugs Etc.) ..
