OK, i wear a size 5 in pants and medium in tops lol i don't know if this matters. i just recently started doing pilates , just to strengthen my flexibility . im 5"3 and weigh 120 pounds. but every time i put on a tight shirt or wear a bikini it seems like my stomach pokes out, or like im bloated all the time. and its so irritating!
i dance a lot, i eat a lot of fruits (LOVE THEM) I eat pretty well, meats, grains, etc... although i do LOVE SWEETS! yes i know. i don't eat them 24/7 but i do eat sweets daily and junk like chips as snacks......so yea
so can someone please give me steps on how to loose the poke out stomach!? also i can make my stomach hard when i suck it in , its fun to poke lol
please i don't want to here stuff like" no women stomach is completely flat' because yes there are women that have flat stomachs, im sure they didn't get one over night but their tummy's are flat
and don't tell me that i have to loose weight all over because i don't need to be a size 0 to have a flat stomach
