I went from 170 in 2005 to 376 today. I'm happy being fat but when I tell my friends what I did they say it had to have been difficult. What can i do to convince them?

Thats good that your happy with yourself because thats the most important thing. What you could do is show them that McDonalds documentary where the guy gains like how many pounds from eating that or just trying to convince them that this is your life and thats what it came to. Hope it helps!
