Hey, I have the same thing. I used to be an active ice hockey player and very fit, but for the last year or so, my thighs feel as if I've run a marathon every day. I wake up feeling like this and go to bed feeling like it. I can't play hockey anymore becuse my legs hurt so much. I went to the docs and he tested me for all sorts, anaemia, diabetes, elevated ck levels, improper thyroid function, pretty much everything, but it all came back normal. Something ain't right and I'd like to know too. Sorry this doesn't answer ur question sweetgirl but just letting u know I'm a guy and feel the same, so ur not alone.x
