i wake up 1-3 times a night. I do not have stress or anxieety, so don't give me that answer, and i dont have sleep apnea. I wake up, fully awake and aware. it takes me then like 10-20 mins to get back to sleep, and sometimes wake up 15 mins later. I have no problem going to sleep at first.
What can i do to help me go thru the whole night asleep? And i dont want to drink nyquil.
