when i think of me i think almost like im another person ,, but i look at the mirror and i look diferent, 1 year ago i was 170 then i was 263 i been working out for 3 months and im 221 today but i think i still thinking that i look like back when i was 170 how do i fix this? i want to think of myself like how i really look im out there thinking that im some that was a year ago but im really not,,, also what is the name of that?
