Why Do I Still Have Lightheadedness?

I Went To The Doctors Yesterday And They Checked My Blood Pressure And Everything Was Ok. Could It Be A Virus Because I Feel Lousy And I Had A Bad Cold. Please Help, Thanks In Advance
