Do i have to keep working them and getting them bigger or what?And Im not fat or anything...Im about 5'7 and weigh in at about 135 or 140 dont remember...plus i aint going to use any supplements...wanna do this on my own you know?

You simply dont have big enough muscles or still have fat covering them. keep exercising and doing weights to tone up
