why do i have black patches on the surface of my penis (the squidgy bit) and how

can i get rid of it? basically, for a while now i've had weird black patches on my penis, and i've never fully understood how it got there, i'm no longer a virgin but i do remember having them there before having intercourse for the first time.. as you can tell its been bothering me for a while now and i would like to get rid fast!

any doctors or anybody in general know what i can do to make them vanish?

is it anything to do with cleaning or masturbation methods (yes i do masturbate at least once every night and i've found cleaning my penis difficult due to the sensitivity)

although i have no irritation coming from the patches themselves i would still like to know a bit more about them and what i can do about them

    thanks..

Could be Kaposi's Sarcoma, which is very serious, best bet would be to show your penis to your family physician...
