why do I feel so sleepy? I can even feel sleepy ironing!!?

I have been like this as a child. Sleepy in classes; sleepy at office meetings. I get especially sleepy when I take my dog for a walk after a hard day's work, plus when I get to ironing, I have been spotted DOZING when ironing! What's wrong with me?

could be that you need to work out, but you should get a check up in case you have something like diabetes usually a regular exercise plan will keep you from getting sleepy

Try exercising more, running everyday for 30-40 minutes, and eat salads - keep the meat up, try taking a vitimin pill everyday aswell. Keep a regular eating pattern and sleeping hours.

sleep apnia? Have someone monitor you when you are asleep to see if you stop breathing for periods of time. It can be dangerous. Do it now!
