I got up at 8:30am. I had one packet of instant plain oatmeal, made with milk and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. It filled me up but I was still thinking about food less than an hour later.
I ate again at 12:00pm. I had a peanut butter and honey sandwich. I'm full again but I am still thinking about food and what I can eat.
Why is this? Cuz I am bored?
How do I not think about food?
Oh, I'm 110 pounds, 5 foot 5 and I'm 18. So I don't have a problem with eating or anything...
