lately i keep eating every thing in the house. any thing and everything i can find also i've been eating a s#!t load of m&M's and sneaker bars. i was in great shape before even had a six pack but now i have a kinda big gut and i'm slacking on exercise too. the worst par is i have plenty of time but i keep staying up late watching tv and waking up late and watch more t.v. but thanks to the little bit run i'm doing i'm not 500lbs yet but how can i stop. now i'm close to 200lbs and last summer i was 165lbs. i'm not depressed, not stressed at all just keep eating even when i'm full i still keep showing stuff down my throat please tell me how can i stop
