Thread: Why cant I quit smoking ! ??

I have tried many times, once for 3 months, 1 month, 2 weeks. i swore on my beloved one not to smoke but again smoking now. I read about the harms smoking accurs, i read the ideas to quite smoking and implied but quite again started. i can quit for 100 times but cant keep and hold not smoking, I really hate smoking it harms me too much, shaky hands, weak heart, headache but again i do it. what should i do practically?

this website was really good. i say throw away your cigarettes now! my firend is quitting and she smokes cigs when after she eats and when she stresses. so now when she does these things she chews gum in replace of smoking a cigarette. so i guess try that too
