i have being working out my upper body since christmas lifting weights and i am on a high protein diet. i eat 5 meals a day and consume over 5000 calories and 250g of protein daily. in 3 months i have only managed to gain 3kg. i am 6'-2" and 77kg. what can i do to get bigger? i must say, i am a very active person; i never keep still! but i thought with the amount of food i am eating i would be able to gain weight easily. thanks.
