Im 200lbs, and I want to be 120 Im 5'4" and 22...for my heaight 120 is a good range. Why is it so bad to eat a 500 calorie diet?......I did it for a month to try it and I lost a lot of weight...and I didnt binge. Cant I go longer to lose all the weight I want to?....

If its bad because you dont get the nutrients you need, I can take a multi vitamin.

If its bad because Ill binge afterwards...I wont, I already know I can get into eating VERY healthy afterwards.....


So why is it so bad, why cant I do this?
