I've been losing weight for about two months now and I've lost around 4 inches from my hips and about the from my waist. In total I've lost roughly 18 pounds.

Most of my exercise is like running or going on the stair master thing. So, I don't understand why my thighs aren't getting smaller. I mean, they have a little bit but not as much as they should. Is there anything I could do that wont give my legs any more muscle but make them smaller?

Also, is there anything I could do to keep the size of my bust while in the process of losing weight?
