Im a 5'3 17 year old female and I weigh around 175lbs. Ive been excersizing (cardio, muscles, ect) for about 2 years now between 3-5 days a week for around 45min to an hour. I eat pretty well with a variety of fruits and some veggies, dairy, proteins, whole grains and a generous amount of water everyday. I hardley eat anything junk food-ish, and Im a type 1 diabetic. It just seems I cannot lose weight and it all keeps adding on to my hips and lower stomach. It drives me nuts and lowers my self-esteem really badly. My mom tells me I work out harder than anyone she knows, and that I inspire her for how healthy I am. Ive had my thyroid checked and they said everything was fine but its really frustrating. Any information to help me would be great. Thanks.

Oh and I watch my caloric intake everday - I stay between 1200-1500 calories each day.
